Job Description:
A Reputed Pharmacy College is seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members to join our academic team for the B.Pharm and D.Pharm programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum qualification: B.Pharm
- Preferred qualification: M.Pharm
- Strong academic background and subject knowledge in the field of Pharmacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teaching experience of 2+ years is preferred but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in classroom and laboratory settings.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
- Support student learning through mentoring and academic guidance.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Maintain up-to-date records and fulfill academic administrative responsibilities.
